Summa Turizm Yatirimciligi A.S. was established in 1989 in Ankara to undertake international construction projects as a General Contractor. The company started its construction activities abroad in 1990 with the “Gara Altin” Presidential Guest House Project in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, which was completed in a period of less than 11 months. Throughout its operations exceeding 35 years, Summa has successfully completed more than 100 turn-key projects in 15 different countries and delivered more than 2.7 million m2 of built-up area.

Currently active in Senegal, Niger, Rwanda, Benin, Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Libya, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Venezuela, and Turkey in construction, engineering, and investment projects, Summa gained an international reputation, especially in the construction of hotels, shopping malls, airports, stadiums, congress halls, hospitals, administrative buildings, residential projects and high-rise buildings. The company has been ranked among the “Top 250 International Contractors” by the Engineering News-Record magazine for the last 20 years.
